I’m so excited about this book! I didn’t want to write something that simply told about the financial miracles God has done for me. But I wanted to practically help others know how to have the same kind of results. So this book is a playbook. Just like in sports. It will have the story of the need we faced from small to the astronomically huge and how God provided every time. Then we will give you what I call “the play call.” After you understand the Biblical method that was used you are then given a teaching on how to use that knowledge. I can promise it will give you the tools to change your situation and to realize that “You Don’t Need Money. You Just Need God.”

Thank you for joining me today. Hey, Jamie, such an honor to be with you. Thank you for having me on your show. Absolutely. We came across one another through social media through these avenues that you use and are so a part of. And I was fascinated to see, you know, I don’t mean to sound, I sure hope it doesn’t sound this way. I don’t mean to look down on anybody, or to cast a shadow on anybody’s ministries, I just was impressed that you are really going after still seeing the mighty move of what a Christian should be with signs and wonders following it’s there even free. That’s what you’re claiming. That’s what you’re saying. And that you want to equip the saints to be doing God’s work the way he intended, was like, not just not just living comfortably. You know, not just though, that’s great if we can do that. But that we have the ability to go out and be really powerful, that powerful life’s to lead. And we have things to accomplish to do for the kingdom. So I love seeing all the stuff that you post and the and the things that are out there and what’s available. And you happen to post in the latter part of 2022.

A little mini message there on Facebook. And it really touched my heart, I felt like this was a subject that going into when this Arizona will be you know, probably around the first week of February or so. And so we’re starting this brand new year. Yeah, trying to figure out how to make sure that we have that it doesn’t look anything like the last couple of years, for a lot of us, at least globally, at least what’s gone on globally. You know, I don’t know if if our listeners today had a good last year or a bad last year. But regardless, we want this year to be a good year, we want to, we really want to see God do something so in your posts, and I’ll get I’ll get this set so I can hurry up and let you get talking. What pricked my heart was that I think most of us have, or for one reason or another, whatever we’ve gone through in life, whatever has come and has hit us or whatever we think has maybe derailed us. We think we’re somehow either disqualified from what God has planned for us in the future. Or we think that somehow it’s going to take too long to get back on course, or somehow that means that God’s not pleased. And he’s changed his mind that we so easily believe, whether it’s a lie of the enemy, or the insecurity, the lies of insecurity that we carry, based off of our circumstances in and we let those lies determine our course. And I felt that because of what you had shared that you have some great insight to help the listeners today. Understand that those things do not determine our tomorrow and what we’re doing today. So you titled the message you put out let God restore your wasted years. And that hit me personally because years ago, I felt like God told me I’m going to be the redeemer in your life and He’s so rude. He redeemed time, which seems impossible. Yeah, time is one of those things that you think how do you redeem time. And he did that in my life, he took a three year period in my life. And he completely redeemed it, where I felt like I actually sort of lived, the things that I missed. And I got that time back. And I again, I don’t know how he does it, he’s supernatural. But I felt I live to that. And because of that, the meaning of God being a redeemer in my life became so real, so big. And I want this for the for our listeners, I want them to understand God is a redeemer. So I will start by letting you kind of maybe tell us your heart behind this message, maybe what God spoke to you to get this out there? And then we’ll kind of go through what you wrote.

Glenn Bleakney

Yeah, sure. Thank you. Wow. Well, I think I have to go way back to the beginning of my walk with the Lord and really begin to understand what it means to see the Lord restore wasted years and be your Redeemer, you know, and, and my, my mom was the first Christian in our family, and she got saved as an adult. So I’m, I’m a kid, I’m experiencing Jesus in our home, like, things are happening miracles. But then when I’m about 20 years old, I really have an encounter with God. And out of that encounter, you know, the Lord begins to speak to me about preaching the gospel, and look, our family totally dysfunctional. No one had been in ministry, just, that’s just brokenness. And so I began on this journey into not only being a follower of Jesus Christ, but being a minister of the gospel. And as I am on this journey, I’m realizing, oh, my gosh, there’s so much stuff in my life, that God is changing, and He’s restoring. And yet, I also saw the tension between the battle in terms of the Lord saying, Hey, this is what I have for you. And it’s like, the spies that went out. And they, they saw the promised land, but they still had to go in and possess it. And so the Lord really began to speak to me about I’ve got all this stuff that I want to do. And to be honest, Jamie, I think what happens in in modern day Christianity is we make it all about us. And it becomes egocentric. When it’s really all about him. God blesses us so we can bless others and help others. You know, even revelation he gives us I mean, yeah, it helps us personally, but obviously, so we can help others. So I begin on this journey. And the Lord just begins to show me stuff about, you know, what, Glenn, I’ve been trying to speak to you, there’s some deep things I’ve been trying to show you, I’ve been wanting to give you direction, in terms of my calling for your life. And honestly, it was really profound, because the Lord began to show me that I have something very different for you. Like the many of the people I went to Bible school with, who ended up going into ministry, not all of them did, but, you know, they took the kind of conventional pathway that they went, and they pastored a church, and they were happy with that, and that was great. But the Lord began to show me, that’s really not what I have for you, you know, I have something for you, that impacts nations, I’m called you to have a heart for the nations to travel to the nations. And I’m like, I need I need the Lord to teach me and, and so I think personally, and this is just a saying, I say the school of hard knocks is overrated, you know, find a mentor, someone who can. But at that time, there really wasn’t anyone who was willing to pour into me that way, you know, and mentor me, or they didn’t understand the very unique calling that I had, it was just like, if you don’t fit in this box and do things this way, then we don’t know what to do with you. And, and so things have changed a lot. Thank God now. But so I just began to seek the Lord. And and in that process, I really felt that the Lord said, there’s been a lot of years where you’ve just kind of been spinning your wheels, and not really going anywhere, you know, you’ve been busy. But there’s a difference between motion and momentum. And, you know, really having you know, there might be action but not traction in your life. And so, I just began to realize, like, the Lord was saying, I’ve got so much more for you. And I was like, oh, Lord, I want to get this. I mean, I’m contending here first generation really in ministry, and I’m contending for call of God destiny, you know, generations than our family and And the Lord just spoke to me one day and he said, You know what, don’t worry about it. Just seek me. And I will restore your wasted years. And he took me to that passage and Joel, and I’m like, How can you restore wasted years? I know you can restore my life. But it’s kinda like, can you unscramble scrambled eggs type.

And then he just began to show me in the Scripture, a lot of stuff, and then even through through science, you know that it is possible, because God is God, and He can do anything, right, and he can restore our wasted years. And it’s just a powerful thing to believe that and to come to realize that hey, man…

Jaime Luce

Yeah, you know, you, you began what you wrote by saying that we basically have to recognize the time we’re living in that, and I think this is important, because what you’re what you’re just saying, is that you recognized Okay, from this point, what God wants to do, I have to recognize, he wants me to do this for sure. And there have been hindrances, but those are no longer going to be my hindrances, right. So I want I want us to talk about, I kind of broke down what you said into a couple categories. And the first one was, and for our listeners, I encourage you get out your Bibles, we’re going to give you scripture, and I’m going to give you a couple of things to jot down to help you remember this to help you to digest this and be able to make this yours and make it you know, livable, make it something that’s a plan a battle plan for this year. And the first thing was that we have to focus than not on if God has a restore, and we’ll get to that later on how good of a restore restore he is. But if we know that he is, if we just know, biblically is a restore based off of the scripture that you just gave us, then we can know, okay, if God can do it, it’s not my job to worry about how he can do it. I have to focus on the fact he wants something for me, there’s something he wants me to do. There’s something I have a job to do. I mean, that’s our Jeremiah 2911 Verse, right? He has I know the plans he has for me, well, I have to know the plan, I have to ask him for the plan, I have to be ready to go forward with the plan. So I have to dismiss what I think are the hindrances. I have to ignore those, I have to push those aside and have to say, Okay, this is what God wants me to do. Once I know what he wants me to do, I have to focus on that plan. So that’s the first thing I want my listeners to write down, focus on the plan that God has for you. And as we focus on that plan, he takes us into kind of the, the meat really at the beginning of the meat of this, and you gave some great stuff that I want to make sure that we take the time to go into. But once we know we have to focus, yeah, you write about, we have to also know, okay, if you know what you’re supposed to do. And, and it’s you’ve kind of you’ve got the plan, you’re gonna go forward, we have to be just as aware that there’s an enemy who doesn’t want us to accomplish that plan. Absolutely. So maybe you can give us a little bit about how the enemy likes to try to derail us there.

Glenn Bleakney

Sure. Yeah. Well, I think there’s so many different angles that he uses. And really, it’s kind of a multi prong approach often where he’ll come at us in several different ways. But you know, the big thing is, as you say, we need to know God’s plan for our lives. And we need to seek the Lord for that revelation. And I really see that. You know, when David recovered all in First Samuel 31 of the first things he did after he was strengthened in the Lord, you know, he was discouraged. The the men that were with him spoke of stoning him. But David, it says, strengthened himself or encouraged himself in the Lord then right after that, he sought up the Lord for understanding of his plan, you know, shall I go up, shall I pursue and they brought the urine in the film, you know, in the thought, and they inquire the priests that way. And so you have to know God’s plan, and God wants to reveal to you a plan and a process. You know, for every promise, I love this. For every problem you face in life, there’s a promise in God’s word, but for every promise, there’s also a process or a plan that God has for us and we have to cooperate with him. We have to seek out the Lord for understanding of what that plan is. So it’s very important. So we get the plan. We know what it is God begins to reveal things to us may not be all at once. But then the enemy comes along and he does a couple of things, at least number one, he presents to us another option, an alternative, you know, just like Jesus who came into the world, and what did the enemy say, hey, all the kingdoms of this world will be yours, they belong to me, I’ll give them to you just bow down and worship me. So he, he tried to, you know, offer him an alternative way of of doing what he was called to do, and seeing his plan come to pass the plan of the father. So he tries to negotiate and barter with us offers us a shortcut. And you know, and we had to be very, very careful that we don’t become susceptible to him, especially if you’re in a time in a season where you’re waiting. And it’s just like, wow, this is taking longer than I thought. And then you become vulnerable in terms of like, oh, and you know, Abraham, obviously, he’s waiting for the promise of God. And, you know, he takes matters into his own hand, and then we know Ishmael is born that whole thing. So you gotta be careful. So one of the things, that’s one of the ways he works, the other thing he does, is Ben, he just bombards us with attacks, and there’s this thing that’s invisible, that we may not understand. That really is resistance, there’s this resistance happening in the spiritual realm. And, and the enemy is trying to, you know, stop us from experiencing the blessing of God. And Paul talks about this. And a lot of people like, well, you know, God bless his, you know, man can curse you and all this stuff. And I’m like, Yeah, but listen, we know Daniel, and Daniel was praying, it took a long time, because there was spiritual conflict, but, and some people said, Well, that was the Old Testament and the New Testament, we just name it claim it frame. And we don’t have to worry about this. It’s all ours. And I’m like, Well, why would Paul say in First Thessalonians. Two, that I Paul desire to come to you again and again. But Satan hindered me. And one translation actually says, Satan blocked me. Right? So Paul, the great apostle, the man, the mighty man of God, is talking about Italy is seems that he’s saying that there were several times that the enemy was hindering him and blocking him.

Jaime Luce

Yeah. You know, I really feel like that’s the main way that I have felt the attacks come at me. I mean, I’ve noticed some of the other ones too. But because I think my personality and I’m patient, in my nature, that getting ahead or trying to rush or do that’s not really the best way to attack for me, is this, I don’t, you can even feel it. In the simple things. The resistance comes when you go to sit down and really spend time with the Lord, you’re focused on wanting to hear from God. And there, you feel this. It’s almost as if there’s a wall that is put up, and you’re trying to break through that wall, to even feel that you’re in the presence of God to hear something he’s saying that to, to be when you’re focused on it. I mean, you’re focused to get in there and do it. But there is something that seems to get in the way. And you gave a great, and I’ll let you talk about this, but you gave the Greek example. And I wrote down that we have to this is number two, recognize where you’ve been affected knocked out. So this is what we’re going to talk about, that we either believe something or we’ve been hindered by something or we’re doing something, or something’s been done to us. It’s this mixture, this this almost like a compilation of all the things that the enemy can do to really get us off course, or to stop us completely. Not just get us a little of course, but he can knock us out. So why don’t you talk about that word that you gave that the scripture reference. But that word blocked? You talked about what that means in the Greek?

Glenn Bleakney

Yeah, no? Sure. Yeah. Well, the word that’s translated blocked, and again, this is in first Thessalonians. Two, I believe it’s verse 18, where Paul says Satan hindered members, and hindered or blocked so it’s a Greek word at COP tall. And it’s used several different ways. It’s translated like in classical Greek it would be it was used of, say, a road that was so broken down, it wouldn’t be like, in our modern cities, a road that was just so neglected and hadn’t been maintained. And there’s potholes everywhere. And I mean, and it just gets to the place where you just can’t even drive any further and, and use it. And so the word is used that way of a road that’s so broken down in such disrepair that you can’t even access it anymore. It’s just is not possible to navigate down that road. Another way it’s used. The word a capo in Greek is in Galatians. Five, and it’s very interesting in the NIV Paul talks about You were running a good race. Right? Right. And he says, but then he talks about how the enemy cut in on you. And that’s the idea of it. He said, like, who disqualified you who cut in on you, and it’s the word that cop toe. And the idea was back in those days when they were running in the race, you know, the athletes, if another athletes would cut in front of that one, and maybe hit them with their elbow, knock them down to the ground so that they weren’t able to finish the race. And that’s the meaning of the Greek word Cocteau there. So it’s like you’re running the race, you’re you’re moving forward, and the enemy comes in and just bang, he just hits you hard. I just blindsides you, and you’re knocked down and you’re on the ground. And so people who think like well, Satan, you know, is powerless. And that’s not true guys. Even Paul talked about that, how he did it, how he hindered him. And I think sometimes we quote that scripture in first Peter about he goes, the enemy goes about like a roaring lion, the devil Satan, seeking whom he may devour. And we hear people say, casually and flippantly while he’s a toothless lion. And, and I know we have the authority over him, Jesus gave us authority and power over all the power of the enemy. But I have some friends in Africa. I remember one time when I was there, years ago, and they said, you know, when the the lion roars, it’s when he’s hungry, often too. And, you know, he’s obviously two things. Number one, he’s hungry, he wants to attack. But secondly, he’s just like, saying, Hey, this is my territory. Stay back, right. And he’s warning people to keep away the, his enemies. And so there is a sense in which the enemy does that, as a roaring lion. He’s saying, Hey, back off, this is my territory, you’re not going any further. And, guys, it’s a real battle. And we have to recognize that the enemy does do this at times, and he seemingly knocks us down and, and but yeah, you know, obviously, that’s not the end of the story. But it does happen to us.

Jaime Luce

Sure. I mean, I can see both of those definitions in our lives that it will look at it will recognize, okay, whether you circumstances have made it seem like so much has happened, so much destruction, so much stuff is in the way that I can no longer go on this path. Or that I was doing it. And wham, you know, I don’t know what happened. But this thing came out of left field, I wasn’t ready for it. It’s the blind side, you know, we get knocked out. Or, you know, sometimes I think, too, it can be as simple as when the enemy speaks something that is not congruent with what God wants for our life. If we allow that in, and we start to believe that we then it is like someone coming in and cutting us off, and we just kind of get off course, we may not have walked away from the Lord, we may not have said, No, I can’t do this anymore. And it doesn’t it hasn’t stopped. We don’t think it stopped us. We still think we’re going forward with God. But we don’t realize we’re off course, we’re not on the path or the plan that he had set for us. Because we allowed that thing to come in and knock us off to get us off course.

Glenn Bleakney

Absolutely. Yeah, absolutely. And we need to regroup During such times. And we need to strengthen ourselves in the Lord. And I think going back to David in First Samuel 30 is a really good example. You know, here’s David, really, he’s at the point where it won’t be long now. And he’s going to be the king. And what happens is the enemy attacks the Amalekites, and everything, he loses everything, his family, his, his finances, all of that. And even those who are nearest and dearest to him, his closest friends turn on him speak of stoning him. And so here he is, like, moving toward his destiny. He’s about to experience a breakthrough bang out of nowhere, the enemy just hits him so hard. Right. I know,

Jaime Luce

Coming back from a victory. I mean, from a victory. I mean, it’s true. You’re not prepared for it at that point. Right.

Glenn Bleakney

Right. And that’s an excellent point, Jamie. Because, you know, that’s often the time when it happens is we think, Well, you know, I’ve just been doing nothing I’ve been not effective and just kind of am but no, it’s usually like when we’ve been taking ground and moving forward, and then the enemy just bang he comes at us. And, of course, there are many battles and ultimately we may lose a few battles, but we can still win the war.

Jaime Luce

Amen. Amen. That’s so good. Well, one of the ways when you said we kind of need to regroup I think That takes us kind of into the third point I want people to recognize write this down guys remember the Lord’s promises. And if we know what God has said to us, you know, I had a revelation the other day, I probably should have had this a long time ago. But it didn’t come to me to the other day. But when I, you know, every year, my husband and I are at the beginning of the year, we’ll start with fasting at the beginning of the year. And then we write down. Either things that we are believing for God to do that year, or things that we know he is speaking to us about the coming year is like specifically this last year, we had a prophetic word that was given to us, it was a very simple word. But we knew that was from God. For us, it was it was something that spoke directly to the heart of our lives at the time when it came. And from from a person who knew nothing about our lives. So we just knew this is God, we wrote it down. We quoted it constantly. We use it all year long. And my mindset, as we were coming towards the end of the year was okay, so that words done, what’s the new word for the year. And the Lord really jarred me the other morning. And it’s like, Who told you I felt like in the garden, who told you, who told you that my words are finite, right, that I speak them and they don’t, they only are for a temporal time, there’s only a little bit of time that that Who told you that what I speak is eternal, what I do is eternal, that word is still for this year, that word doesn’t die, what I have spoken over you is alive, my word is alive. And so that, oh my gosh, when I got that I ran in and told my husband, I’m like, Hey, we need to not turn loose of this. This is still ours. But that’s that re coming into focus of what was God’s promise, no matter, no matter if it’s just a new year, no matter if it’s a mindset that needs to be changed, no matter if it’s overcoming what has gone on, no matter if it is a battle we’ve just come through. Or if we’re on a victorious trail, and we’ve got more victory to take, and we’re just wanting to make sure we’re doing live Joshua and saying, Okay, what’s next? What’s next? What’s next, that we just constantly are in that frame of mind of knowing what his God said? What is God’s promise to us? So why don’t you share a little bit about that?

Glenn Bleakney

Yeah, absolutely. I mean, again, the promise of God involves a process that really has many steps to it. And and so sometimes, like you already alluded to Joshua, yeah, I mean, yeah, that’s all I’m gonna give you this land. Okay. That’s great. Did they wake up the next day and go, oh, all the Amalekites and all the lights are gone. And now it’s ours now, right? What are many battles, there were many things they had to do, and to see that promise be fulfilled in their life. So the same with us. It’s a process. Sometimes it takes years, to really get to the place where God wants you to go. But ultimately, what I think we need to understand is the promise, like Paul talks about this, when he’s speaking to Timothy, and he’s talking about the prophetic words that were spoken over Timothy, and he said, You wage warfare, according to those promises, those prophetic promises. And basically what it’s saying in the Greek, it’s very interesting when you study it, it literally says, it’s like, the promises that go before you. And they lead you out into battle, even even can imply magisterial ly. So, so in other words, here’s the promise. Now, you use the promise, as a weapon, you use the promise, as Hey, God said this, this is mine, but I gotta lay hold of it. And I’ve got to go to battle. So in order to see that happen, and if I may, just a quick testimony of something that happened just a few months ago, that is exactly that. So ended up. I got invited to speak at a very significant conference in Australia. And there were hundreds of pastors from all over the nation and even other nations that were going to be there. Very large conference. And I felt Lynn and I both felt very clearly that prophetically, the Lord said, You really need to be at this. This isn’t just about a conference, this is about something much bigger that I want to do in terms of opening doors for your ministry, building, relate partnerships, relationships with other leaders and so on. So anyway, okay, no problem. We’re gonna go we’re going to speak at this conference. So we have to apply for a visa to enter into Australia. So I’ll go online and I applied for the visa the last time I did that several years ago. Oh, because I lived in Australia as well. But when I initially got a visitor visa took five minutes for it to be approved online at the email five minutes later. So we do this, okay. Here we are three days later, we’re still no no approval A week later, no approval. Two weeks later, no approval three weeks, four weeks. Now we’re at the point where we only have a few days left, and we have to get on the plane to go to Australia. And obviously, we’re not going to be able to get on that plane if you don’t have a visa. So, two to three days before Lynn’s visa was approved, but mine wasn’t. And I’m like, Oh my gosh, what is this? Are you trying for a moment? I’m like, is this the Lord saying he doesn’t want us to go there. And as soon as I said that, it was like the Holy Spirit said, No. Anime. He’s trying to stop you. He doesn’t want you there. So we reached out to people that we know from all over the world, and they began to pray that God would open the door. And the visa would be granted. We had some friends up in Canada at a church that literally interceded all night for us. And they got back to us the next day said, we feel God’s given you the visa, let us know you’re gonna get it here. Yeah. And then the Lord spoke to Lynn and said, You’re gonna get it on the day of, and you’re gonna get it in the airport, while you’re in the Dallas Fort Worth Airport, that’s where we live, you’re going to get the visa. So I had prayed. And the Lord confirmed that to me, and even people we didn’t know. And other countries, we didn’t share this with them. They said, I feel like the Lord saying you’re gonna get it in the airport, like at least two or other people.

So what happens is, here we are the day of I wake up in the morning. And again, I’m just kind of this whole thing in your mind, you know, thy enemy messes with you. And the Lord just asked me a simple question. He says, Glen, what good will come out of this, if the visa is not granted? What good will come out of this? How will I be glorified? And then all of a sudden, I just begin to think about it. Yeah, people are gonna say, Well, God doesn’t want you there. They’re gonna even say the pastor then invited me who told everybody, Hey, I really feel God spoke to me said, I’m supposed to ask Glenn and minister, they’re gonna say you missed the Lord, that wasn’t God. And just a lot of things are going to be negative. We have a lot of people that were expecting us to come. So literally, the pastor of that church, he said, you know, he called me and he said, we believe God is still going to give you the visa. But obviously, Glen, we got to find another speaker if you’re not coming. And I said to him, Well, you do what you think you need to do. But we believe the Lord’s going to make a way for us to come. He goes, You know what, we believe that as well. Our intercessory team believes that so that morning, I’m like, Okay, God, let the email come through with the visa. And it’s just like he said, I told you, you’re gonna get it in the airport. So our flight is at 10:30pm that night, and we get in the car, we and we end up driving to the airport. And when we get walked through the doors into the Dallas Fort Worth airport, which is about probably 7:30pm. As soon as we walk through, kind of no visa, we’ve got our bags, our tickets. And the Lord speaks to me says go to the the counter for the airline that we were using. And so I go up there and I speak to the woman I said, this may sound crazy to you, but we got a flight booked, but I don’t have a visa and we need to get to Australia. She said to me, Okay, give me your passport. So she calls the airline. And she basically says, Sir, there’s nothing we can do. And I said, Oh, okay, so here we are in the airport. Next thing I know, she looks at me, she says, How did you apply for the visa? And I said, Well, I went to the website for the government. And I applied for the visa. And she said, Oh, why didn’t you use the app? The app, like, on my phone? Yeah. And I said, What’s the difference? If I use the app or the website? She said, there’s a big difference. You’ll get your visa in 10 minutes if you use the app. So here I am. I had called the government of Australia, like 20 times and ask them, Hey, can you help me? Can you make sure? And they said, There’s nothing we can do. I said, is there another visa I can apply for is there another way? And they said, No, sir, there’s nothing you can do. So she tells me that so I get I download the app and I apply, and in three minutes I get an email saying the visa is approved while we’re in the airport. You talk about the promise hanging on to the promise but listening more Who said you need to go to the airport? Because if we didn’t show up in the airport, that woman? Yes, we wouldn’t talk to her she wouldn’t have told us.

Glenn Bleakney

And by the way, just talked about double for your trouble after we go through security. And we’re sitting at the gate waiting for a flight, I get another email about an hour before departure. And it’s the original visa was approved as well.

Jaime Luce

Wow. You know, this is the kind of thing I love these kinds of testimonies, because I actually wrote about this kind of stuff in my book, this this is that’s exactly the way that we have lived. And it’s when you believe what God has said, and you take really big, I mean, what looks like that people crazy steps, but their steps of faith because you’ve heard the Lord. And we’ve got to learn to become confident. And if you have if you know that’s God, if you know you’ve heard something from the Lord, He’s not wrong. My mom used to always say to us, when we were growing up, the Holy Spirit’s never wrong, Holy Spirit’s never wrong. If she heard something in her spirit, not something that she just conjured. Not a thought that she’s hoping for not, you know, not, uh, maybe when she knew this Holy Spirit broken and said something to her, when she would hear that no matter what was in front of her, it would always turn out always, that was always the truth. And that was kind of our our little mantra, I was raised on. Luckily getting to hear that, you know, I was blessed. She was like you that her mother did not receive the Lord until she was under adult as well. But it radically still affected her life and all of her children and subsequently grandchildren and whatnot. So it’s God is He loves to i It’s funny when I when people say God loves to show off and do it. He just, he just gets the glory. Yeah, no matter what you what do you want to say about it? He receives the glory for who he is. And so he will do things that show His glory, that He is God. And you’re so that’s such a perceptive thing. I love the example of the Holy Spirit saying to you, what will what good would come from this? If it doesn’t happen? Yeah. To think of what the enemy was really up to, I mean, basically, dissecting, oh, you got to see the whole scheme of the enemy, you know, you got to see the whole plan of what he was after who he was after more than just you not getting there. He was a much larger group of people. You, you know,

Glenn Bleakney

yeah. And a lot has happened since then. Let me just say that we a partnership did develop with his ministry. And now we are doing a lot of things together. And it’s a very significant ministry. And you know, and once the Lord asked me that question, What good will come out of this? And I was able to go, Well, really nothing, right? I mean, a lot of harm. And then it was like, it was like the Lord said, No, fight, fight, contend for this to happen. And so I did. And then it was like, Okay, you’re gonna get it, be obedient, go to the airport, and it happens. So you know, the enemy is trying to stop it. Right and hindering, but the promise of God which by the way, the when I, when I say, The Lord has really done an amazing thing in terms of, we needed to be there. For what has happened right now, the doors that have opened for our ministry. And what we’re about to step into, is going to be the greatest season of our ministry, every single thing that God has promised us in terms of what our calling is, apostolic ly different things we’re going to be doing is actually about to be fulfilled in the sense that that platform, and opportunities have been totally presented to us to be able to do this. So important it was and the enemy knew that too, right? Like, right, right. And he was like, No, you don’t need to be there. Let’s stop them. Well, Try getting there. Yeah.

Jaime Luce

And that’s what he does with all of us. We think so small, sometimes we’re just thinking about our little, our little plan, you know, we forget that God is so much bigger, I always use the scripture that we are to magnify the Lord. Because to me, I always picture when I would when I was a kid, getting a little magnifying glass and looking at little small things as big as I could. And, and then knowing also that that same magnification, and I love this picture in my head. But, you know, there were always the kids who like to burn things using that magnification. And I feel that way, I feel like magnification. When we magnify God and realize how big he is, he can set us on fire to because we’re able to do so much more we get a better picture of what he’s really doing the intricacies and the what’s really there, you can’t see that without magnifying God, you know, and when we keep him in our little minds and our little thought process are what we think God can do. We stop that ability for God to do the greater because we won’t get out of that we won’t look past that little picture that we’ve made, you know, God has so much more. So it’s always so much, far more more reaching, it touches more people, it affects deeper things than what we realize it’s affecting. It’s that multi layer of I mean, even if you think about anything in God’s creation, the layers of depth of what he’s done, and the intricacies and the complexities of what he has done just in a blade of grass, or, I mean, no matter what it is that we think it’s just this simple little thing. It’s so much bigger than what we realize. And each person, if we were to understand our own DNA, the complexity of our being, we would we would get a much better understanding of how big and how good and how awesome how fearful our God is. He’s all powerful. And there’s so much he has planned if we’re willing to say, Yes, Lord, what do you have for me? Yes, Lord, I believe you. I believe you if you said it, I believe it. I mean, you believed it up to the point that you’re walking up, paid for a ticket. I mean, this is going to cost you their sacrifice involved, right? This is going to cost you relationships and all those things, those promises that you’ve made, or, or, you know, whatever that looks like, and we go forward and say no, I believe you got, I believe what you have said to me, and you will do and that faith in action produces results. Every time every time.

Glenn Bleakney

Absolutely. Yeah, every time.

Jaime Luce

Well, let’s kind of move into then how, and you talk about this quite a bit. How do we see then God do this? If we focus, we recognize where the enemy’s cut in what he’s doing it to get us off course. And we are we’ve got God’s promise in our hand, we know we’re ready. We’ve kind of got our marching orders. How does God redeemed that? How does he take whatever we’re coming through? Or whatever, we’ve been dealt, whatever, even still, that we have to get through to get to that promise. How does God do that for us?

Glenn Bleakney

Yeah, well, I think first of all, you just said it, that God has to do it. And so I love the Scripture and Joel that says, I will restore the wasted years. And that’s the first thing that we have to recognize is that we’re like, oh god, I’ve wasted so many years, you know, I did things I shouldn’t have done and I made unwise decisions or whatever. But now I’m coming back to you and I’m gonna, I’m gonna make it up to you, Lord, I’m gonna do it, you know, and the Lord’s like, just calm down, just chill out here a bit like, I will restore to you the wasted years, you just position yourself and allow me to do it. Now there are steps of obedience that we have to take. Ultimately, God’s going to do it. So I think personally, like for example, with Jesus every time you see his life in ministry, when he never lacked anything, he had everything he needed whenever he needed it, right? Provision, power, everything. And yet there were steps that he had to take often like, you know, for example, why why did the Lord tell his on Jesus, instruct Peter to go fishing and you know, when you catch the fish open its mouth you’ll find a coin and pay tax as well. Obedience, right? There’s an cooperation. The disciples go into the city, you’ll find a man with a water Jharna. His had asked him, Where is the room prepared for the master right before they can celebrate the Passover? Again, there’s a test, there’s obedience, but there’s revelation that kind of came to Jesus, obviously, to know what to do. Right. And that part right there is so important is when we seek the Lord here about the strategy. Because sometimes we’re just like, Well, God’s going to do and he’s going to do it, but the Lord’s like, I want to tell you what you need to do, I want to give you instruction here regarding strategy. Now, when we obey Him, then all of a sudden, what happens is, you know, he connects us maybe to a person, a spiritual community, at church, or whatever it may be. And that helps open doors and facilitate things. But ultimately, the Lord has to do it in the sense that he knows already. And he’s promised that I think a lot of times when you think about this, right, the children of Israel, God says we’re going to take you out of Egypt is going to free you from bondage bring you into the promised land, a land flowing with milk and honey, and, you know, you’re gonna have so much and there’ll be an abundance and, and yet, they have to go through the wilderness. Now, it wasn’t his will for 40 years, obviously. But they prolong that.

And we can prolong that through our unbelief or disobedience, all that stuff. But ultimately, we’ll wilderness was an important part of what God had to bring them through. So in the wilderness when, when they’re about to cross into the promised land, and Deuteronomy, chapter eight, the Lord speaks to Moses and tells him basically to instruct the children of Israel to remember the way I led them these 40 years. And in the Hebrew, what it literally means is, look back, and remember the journey. And there’s a process, there’s a journey that we go through. And we have to like Israel in the wilderness, follow the Lord in that process. And when we do, like, sometimes we’re like, God, I’m not getting any younger, you know, God, I don’t know about this, and the Lord’s just like, just follow me. And when the right time comes, boom, he said, I will pack into, you know, the remaining 10 years of your life, in ministry, or whatever it may be, he said, I will just do so much. And that 10 years is like, more than what you could have done in in 100 years, right? You know, and it’s kind of like, the principle of giving to God tithing as well, right. I mean, the same principle, It’s Supernatural, but God says, I will, if you do this, I will do this. And, and he just does something that is supernatural, right terms of restoring the wasted year restoring what we’ve lost, restoring with enemies stolen from us, you know, there’s a place of belief, trust Him obey Him, and, and just even allow him to do the work that he wants to do in the journey, you know, as well.

Jaime Luce

Because that’s so true that we get hung up on the, I’ve only got this much time left. Or with all this time that has passed, we think that means because there’s more on the back end, or there’s more troubles on the back end, or whatever that was that that somehow the gates, what’s still in front of us and what God can do with what’s in front of us. So, I mean, we need to remember people like Abraham, who didn’t get his promise until he was 100 years old. Right? And when I think about that, too, because we focus on Abraham, but I think of for any of our female listeners, if you think about his wife, Sarah, if you think about for Elizabeth, John the Baptist mother, people who thought that their life and the dreams that they wanted couldn’t it was impossible now, it’s not just that it’s not an apostle it’s not just an impassable road, that there is no other road that this is a now an impossibility. And God says that’s not true with me all things are possible if you’ll believe and that no matter what has happened behind us, he can do the impossible in front of us. Yeah, and that redemption can it’s the same principle that I can spend hours and hours and hours studying and and looking for are, you know, the Golden Nugget when I’m when I’m doing that study and, and I give all my time and energy to it and I can spend just a moment with God and a revelation comes in bam, it took no time at all and everything is there, you know, lined out just a full download can come. And it didn’t take any time at all. And so God is outside of time, we tend to put him into our time bubble, but he created time. So he’s standing up here outside of time, he’s not affected by time. And we just need to remember anything that he’s going to do. He’s, he still can do it, no matter what he no matter what has happened, no matter what has seems to be lost. God can still do it.

Glenn Bleakney

Absolutely. And I just would comment, Jamie, that this whole thing about with God, there is no time, right? You know, a day with the Lord is as 1000 years is 1000 years as a day. In Revelation 10. It talks about when the eternal kingdom of God comes and the consummation of the ages, it says time shall be no more is what it says. And you know, Einstein’s theory of relativity says that, where there’s no motion, there’s no matter, there’s no such thing as time. So God has a spirit. For him, there’s no such thing as time. And he just says, All I need to do is just command the blessing, and boom, it’s done. And one word from God, when we receive it, in faith, sometimes we don’t even have to act on it in the sense that we don’t necessarily do anything with it. But we just have to believe it in so in that sense, it’s our faith, which is the you know, what we act upon. But ultimately, that one word from God will totally change and turn everything around for good.

Jaime Luce

So good. Well, then let’s talk about then God’s promise. So let’s give everybody a promise today, you would use both the scripture in Joel. And I also wanted to talk about, just real quickly, I’ll touch on it also how God is the Redeemer, a couple of scripture in in, just to give them to hold on to. But let’s talk about how he, how he restores, like the promise that he gave in general about how he plans to do that. And it fits in exactly with what we’re saying that it’s he does things just like that, that normally take this amount of time to do. So why don’t why don’t you share about that?

Glenn Bleakney

Yeah, so it’s a supernatural convergence. In Joel to I will restore to you the wasted years. And then he says, he says, Look, this is the way it’s gonna happen. I and he talks about the latter and the former rains happening, converging, coming together in one season. Of course, you know, the latter rain would be the springtime in Israel in the form of rain would be autumn or fall. So they were spaced apart in the natural the seasons, but God says I’ll cause them to come together in this single time period, so to speak, and this convergence will occur. And so the ladder in the former rains together which supernatural circumstance or event which causes supernatural increase, and that’s the way God does it is like, he’s like, I’ll do something supernatural that can’t be done. It’s impossible. No, yeah, it can be done. And God will, he’ll bypass the natural in order for it to happen. And, you know, that’s exactly what he says in the whole thing about the law of the Shmita. And the Sabbath year, right. And when you remember when he told Israel when you go into the land, and this is in Leviticus 25. He says in verse 18, if you want to live securely in the land, follow my decrees and obey my regulations. Wow. Then the land will yield large crops and you will eat your fill and live securely in it. Then verse 20, but you might ask, What will we eat during the seventh year or the Shmita? Since we’re not allowed to plant or harvest crops that year? Okay. Then God says this, verse 21, this is the New Living be assured that I will send my blessing for you. Another translation says, command my blessing, I will send my blessing, I will command my blessing for you in the sixth year. So the land will produce a crop large enough for three years in one year. Then, when you plant your fields in the eighth year, you will still be eating from the large crop of the sixth year. In fact, you will still be eating from the large crop when the new crop is harvested in the ninth year. Wow.

Jaime Luce

So good. Yeah, you know, I don’t that’s the part that I I hope that everybody listening can lay hold up today. I know that it seems like in the natural course. Especially If we look at the way things have gone before, I mean, these, the children are visual. So the first time they did this scared them to death, I mean, it’s, you know, you’re going year to year, you see how this works, you see how much a crop produces, and you live your life based off of that crop. I mean, that’s it’s we do this, we look at what we’ve done before we look at patterns that we think have worked before. And instead of understanding that God says, I am going to do such a work, and I’ve heard this use several times and from different people who I know did not speak to one another. And I really believe the Lord is saying this right now, especially for this year for 2023. I mean, I think this is applicable any year, so But I specifically feel like I hear him saying it for people this year, we are coming out of three years of a disaster of what’s going on in front of us, right, it just the world at large a disaster for three years. And they’re projecting that this year is going to be bad. Yeah. And so you know, this is my, I hope people can get a hold of this today. We are the children of God. Yeah, our position is never determined. When you live in the kingdom, you are not affected by the other kingdoms of the world, you you are affected by your kingdom. And in our kingdom, we know that God says, I always provide I always take care of my people, there’s never lack in me, there’s always blessing, there’s always provision, there’s always plenty in God’s kingdom. I mean, if you want to even look at the picture of how he blessed under Solomon’s reign, is that silver was like nothing, it was almost worthless, because they had so much that every person who worked was adorned in the most glorious of clothing, you know, and they had all the best foods and they had plenty everybody was giving into their bosom. And I think about as the children of Israel, even during the plagues, even during the time in Egypt, his people were in Goshen. Goshen was the safe place. They weren’t affected by the things that happened all around them, though they were in Egypt. And we can know that when God sets forth his plan, that he is saying, Listen, I cannot not only am I going to restore these years that you’ve lost, I’m going to do it, that you’re still living off of what you thought you couldn’t live off of. It’s still feeding you taking care of you and you have all this storehouse of what I’m going to do laid up for what’s even coming in the future that hit his plans are good. His plans for us are good plans. And not that doesn’t mean that we don’t have to deal with the enemy doesn’t mean we don’t have to push through and talk everything we’ve been talking about that the enemy will try to derail you, or that he won’t come in and bring a surprise or that, you know, things that we didn’t expect are in the past.

And we think I didn’t know this was going to be here, how do I move forward with this thing in my way. But God if he has said for us to do it, just like your testimony, if even if that means you show up, and that’s that mountain is moved at the point that you show up in front of that mountain, that you’re saying, No, this mountain is going to be moved out of my way, God will do it, if we will lay hold of that promise and know that he is true. He is not a liar. He’s not a man. He doesn’t change his mind. He says what He means and he means what he says. And so that’s what He has for us, if will believe it, if will lay hold of it. Those promises are ours. And we can see the goodness of God in the land of the living. We don’t have to wait for eternity we can see it now. I wanted to read one scripture, just in saying that whatever needs to be redeemed as almost kind of a closing and final word here to the listeners. It’s found in Isaiah 58. And it’s verse 12. And it says, For those from among you shall build the old waste places. And we’re talking about that the things that have laid waste in front of us, you shall raise up the foundations of many generations. So even if you’re dealing with stuff that is generations that you’ve been dealing with this, your parents dealt with this, your grandparents dealt with this and it’s time to put an end to this God is saying that this is what we have, we will raise up the foundations of many generations. And you shall be called the repairer of the breach the restore of streets to dwell in law, no matter where the enemy has tried to knock us off and say you can’t live here you can’t attain that you can’t have that. We can say we know by God’s word and by His faithfulness, that he will use us we are Those who will rebuild those places. And he will make sure that whatever redemption needs to put take place, whatever restoration needs to take place, we can believe that lay hold of that for this year for 2023. Do you have any final things, thoughts or things you’d like to say?

Glenn Bleakney

No, just the scripture that you just read is so powerful, you know, that God, it’s about the streets, the roads being, you know, repaired. So we’re able to move ahead as that word capital spoke about the broken road. The breach, of course, is also the way that the enemy gets access. And so the repair of the breech closing those places on the generations, our families, and, and so on. And I believe there’s a lot of people listening, watching, Jamie that really that’s resonating in their spirit that God’s saying it’s time to see the enemy hold and the access he’s had in your family and other areas in your life broken, you know, that God’s going to restore and close the breaches as well, so he can no longer get access. So yes,

Jaime Luce

I believe, would you mind praying for our listeners, and then I want to give them an opportunity to hear how they can get in touch with your ministry. But if you might just pray for them?

Glenn Bleakney

Sure. Yeah. What an honor to do. So Father, we thank you for each and every one of your children that are watching this broadcast or listening. Father, we just pray in Jesus name, Lord, for each person that they would begin to just see hope awakened again, Lord, Father, even things that they’ve just kind of said, You know what, I’ve given up on that I’m not going to believe for that anymore. Lord, we just say that this is a time for hope to be restored, and Lord promises to be renewed. And Father, we just thank you for those things, Lord, that we have heard from you in the past season, Lord, that you still want to bring them to pass. If it’s been really of you, Lord, and it’s your will we know that you want to bring it to pass. And so we declare in Jesus name, that this would be a time father where even the enemies hindered our harvest. He’s delayed, our destinies blocked our blessing, that we would see all that you desire come to pass, father, and you would restore the wasted years you would Lord help them to recover all the enemy has stolen father, as you command the blessing. And we thank You, Lord, for Your blessing. The blessing of the Lord makes when rich adds no sorrow to it. There’s no painful toil, you just cause it to pop and, and Lord, even the harvest, it surpasses all the natural things, and father cannot be contained and it cannot be stopped. Lord, You are a God of the supernatural and a God of multiplication and increase. So we declare that in Jesus name, hope restored FATHER, LORD, harvest and blessing and just an incredible work of righteousness. And even then the broken areas are there we pray for rebuilding and healing. So we give you the honor, and we give you the glory, father, and we thank you for all that you’re doing today. In the name of Jesus Christ, we release your blessing. In Jesus name, amen.

Jaime Luce

Amen. Oh, thank you. What a beautiful prayer. I know that that has touched so many I know this is going to encourage so many, that we’ve still got a job to do and a blessing to receive, and God will see to it that both of those things happen. So why don’t you share, Glen, the ways that people can get in contact with your ministry or ways that they can also maybe access the things that you have available that they can do?

Glenn Bleakney

Okay, sure. Thank you, Jamie. So our main ministry is called awake nations. So we have a website awake nations.org. We’re also involved we have a community which is basically like a network with people from all over the world we serve and we do online training monthly, we did a session last night actually. And so that would be Kingdom community dot global. And then we also have an online television network now called Kingdom community TV, kingdom. community.tv. We’ve got people on there from all over the world programs and multiple languages, lots of really cool content, just launched a radio station about a week ago. So that one is Kingdom community. radio.com Kingdom community radio.com So we’re using media, obviously, to reach the nations we have programs in Arabic. Other languages, so many different languages, obviously Spanish, Portuguese, French, Hindi, English, obviously, but we’re just really looking at reaching the nations and have a lot of people tuning in. Now it’s really growing so

Jaime Luce

that’s fantastic. Well, I want to thank you for taking the time to be with me today. I know you’re preparing for another that another trip Australia now for a good length of time. And so thank you so much for making this teaching available to us. In fact, I encourage people if you have, if you’re on social media at all, and you follow on Facebook or any of those things, go and follow Glenn’s ministry on there, he always puts up stuff that’s encouraging for you. And let that word, let whatever’s coming to you. Whatever the Lord is bringing to you, through his ministry truly bless you and share. I encourage you folks, like and share, if you’ll do that, if you’ll like and share, you help put us out there to more people and make sure that the voices are going out God’s voices are going out and that the ministry of the word has an availability to those around the world. And so we want to make sure and make good use of what God has given us. So if you’ll take the time to do that, we would appreciate that. And if you know anybody who needs to hear this message, I encourage you to share it with them. All of us need encouragement at some point or another and and this is a great time at the first of the year to really get focused and do what God’s called us to do. There’s still a harvest to read. And there are we are the laborers. So let’s do our job and get out there and bring in the harvest. Thank you again, Glen, for joining us. It’s been a pleasure being with you today. Thanks so much, folks, for joining me and we will see you next time. Bye bye
